5 Star Life

5 Star Life Insurance company was founded by General Dwight Eisenhower and focused on the Military and Civil Service individual markets exclusively until 2003. In 2003 they entered the worksite business with a unique product of PERMANENT Term insurance that includes a Critical Illness benefit of 30% of the death benefit for policyholders diagnosed with Cancer, Heart Attacks and Strokes.

Face amounts range from $10,000 to $100,000 on a truly simple issue application - the "knock out" questions are designed for the worksite market and are pertinent to 5 years of history.

Perot Group - from their Lincoln - Nebraska office handles billing.

Groups must have 2 eligible employees. Employees can apply for up to $100,000 for their spouses without signature and Parents and Granparents can apply for $10,000 or $20,000 of PERMANENT term on their kids or grandkids for $1 or $2 premium per week!
